Human Resources Manager
We are partnering with a well-established, privately held U.S. medical device manufacturer with over three decades of operation and a strong international presence. The company is a recognized leader in its niche within the broader orthotics and prosthetics industry, known for its proprietary material technology and a significant intellectual property portfolio.
This is a sole-charge HR Manager role sitting within a hands-on manufacturing environment of approximately 125 employees. As the company's dedicated HR resource, you will cover all functional areas including compliance, payroll, employee relations, and safety. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in bringing structure, consistency, and people-focused thinking to a growing organization. The company has a notably stable, long-tenured workforce and a culture that encourages employees to shape their roles around their strengths — making this a genuine opportunity to build something lasting rather than simply maintain the status quo.
The ideal candidate combines genuine warmth with the discipline to uphold confidentiality and regulatory standards without exception. If you enjoy variety, thrive in environments where no two days look the same, and take pride in making a workplace function well for the people in it, this role is for you.
