About the role
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This position will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that the organization's HR policies and practices align with its strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and providing guidance on workplace issues.
- Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, conducting regular audits and training sessions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall workforce management and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with employment law.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on evidence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
