We are looking for an experienced HR manager to step in as a true business partner to leadership and help scale our people processes for the next phase of the company.
This is a high-visibility, “big picture” HR leadership role with a mix of strategic influence and hands-on execution. The right individual will bring experience supporting growth, ideally including M&A integration or multi-site environments, while being comfortable owning everything from organizational design to compliance and safety.
What You’ll Own
- Serve as the lead HR partner to executive leadership, aligning people strategy with business growth goals
- Lead and/or support M&A integration efforts (onboarding, policy alignment, cultural integration)
- Oversee full-cycle HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Drive improvements in organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Partner with operations leadership on safety programs, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Evaluate and upgrade HR systems, policies, and processes to support scale
- Coach managers on leadership, employee issues, and performance expectations
- Ensure compliance across multi-state labor laws and manufacturing environments
What We’re Looking For
- 5-10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels (“roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset)
- Experience supporting company growth, acquisitions, or integrations strongly preferred
- Background touching safety programs or EHS collaboration (direct ownership is a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of Washington labor laws and HR compliance
- Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and drive change in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces, ideally in a production setting
