We are looking for an experienced HR manager to step in as a true business partner to leadership and help scale our people processes for the next phase of the company.

This is a high-visibility, “big picture” HR leadership role with a mix of strategic influence and hands-on execution. The right individual will bring experience supporting growth, ideally including M&A integration or multi-site environments, while being comfortable owning everything from organizational design to compliance and safety.

What You’ll Own

  • Serve as the lead HR partner to executive leadership, aligning people strategy with business growth goals
  • Lead and/or support M&A integration efforts (onboarding, policy alignment, cultural integration)
  • Oversee full-cycle HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Drive improvements in organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Partner with operations leadership on safety programs, risk mitigation, and compliance.
  • Evaluate and upgrade HR systems, policies, and processes to support scale
  • Coach managers on leadership, employee issues, and performance expectations
  • Ensure compliance across multi-state labor laws and manufacturing environments

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels (“roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset)
  • Experience supporting company growth, acquisitions, or integrations strongly preferred
  • Background touching safety programs or EHS collaboration (direct ownership is a plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of Washington labor laws and HR compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and drive change in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces, ideally in a production setting
