Our client is a fast-growing technology company at the forefront of advanced radar and sensing solutions, with innovative products deployed across more than 40 countries. As the organization continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to build scalable people processes, attract top talent, and help shape a high-performance culture.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR leader who can balance strategic partnership with day-to-day HR operations, bringing structure, sound judgment, and a people-focused approach to a growing technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including HRIS, employee records, benefits, payroll coordination, documentation, and compliance with employment laws.
- Manage employment eligibility and work authorization processes, including Form I-9 and coordination with external immigration counsel; support equity compensation administration.
- Develop and improve scalable HR policies, procedures, and processes that align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, communication, onboarding, recognition, retention, and a positive, high-performance culture.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for technical, engineering, operations, sales, and corporate roles while partnering with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a technology, engineering, manufacturing, startup, or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, HR operations, HRIS, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
- Experience developing practical, scalable HR policies and processes, with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence.
- Strong business judgment and communication skills, with the ability to advise leadership, support employees, and balance people needs with business objectives.
- Experience with Form I-9 and work authorization processes required; multi-state HR, equity compensation, and SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification are a plus.

Pay
$95,000 – $125,000 annually, based on experience.
