Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to execute HR and talent strategies, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Manage talent acquisition, sourcing, and hiring for the site.
  • Drive learning and development programs.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve issues in collaboration with site leadership.
  • Own the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, and engagement activities.
  • Support annual engagement survey processes and action planning.
  • Ensure accuracy in HR data within the HRIS system.
  • Participate in the site safety committee program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and business information.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS; Workday preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $97,000 – $145,000, with hiring anticipated in the mid-range. The compensation range is $88,200 – $132,200, depending on experience, and may include eligibility for a performance-based bonus plan.
