About the role

The Human Resources Manager position is dedicated to developing, maintaining, and implementing the hotel's strategic objectives around culture and engagement. Responsibilities include recruiting, retention, and all stages of the employee life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic objectives for culture and engagement
• Recruiting and retaining employees across all stages of the employee life cycle
• Managing labor relations
• Handling leaves of absence and workers compensation
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• 2 or more years of human resource management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Labor relations exposure preferred
• Experience in recruiting and employee relations
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Competitive salary range: $70,000 - 86,000
