Human Resources Manager
About the role
Build and lead the HR function from the ground up
Serve as the primary HR resource for approximately 800 employees across multiple locations
Partner directly with executive leadership on people strategy and organizational growth
Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee programs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Oversee workers' compensation, leave administration, and benefits-related processes
Create onboarding, communication, and employee engagement initiatives
Develop scalable HR systems that support continued company growth
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the HR function from the ground up

- Travel quarterly to facilities throughout Georgia and South Carolina
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing or industrial operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to build HR processes, policies, and organizational structure
- Experience handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and enjoys creating solutions
Qualifications
- Compensation & Benefits: $140,000-$150,000 base salary
