Essential Duties
- Serve as a primary HR point of contact and promote the consistent application of HR policies and practices across all entities
- Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and organizational objectives
- Lead talent acquisition efforts working closely with recruiting team to attract and retain top talent; evaluate turnover trends and modify approach to hiring to adjust to same
- Lead and support HR team members responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
- Develop, update, and administer HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local employment laws while supporting the needs of each division
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring equity and competitiveness across all divisions
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement
- Identify and lead employee engagement, training, and development initiatives tailored to each division’s workforce
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting across companies and divisions, using HRIS systems to monitor key metrics and trends
- Collaborate with legal counsel and senior leadership on complex employee relations matters to support risk mitigation and compliance
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including demonstrated experience supporting multiple business units, companies, or divisions
- Deep experience with high volume recruiting and ability to think creatively about staffing
- Experience managing and developing HR talent
- Experience with employee relations and ensuring safe work environments
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Technical depth in HR systems that cover payroll, benefits and compliance
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and build relationships across diverse teams and organizational structures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
