Human Resources Manager

About the role

Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Magnolia is accepting applications for a mid-level Human Resources professional. This exempt, full-time position reports to the hospital administrator and provides coordination of all personnel matters within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Track time and process payroll
• Recruit for open positions and onboard new hires
• Manage the employment cycle of all employees
• Provide assistance to the administrator on personnel matters
• Uphold federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations and hospital code of conduct and policies

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in an HR role
• Previous experience as an HR Generalist or equivalent (required minimum)
• Experience with payroll process and systems (required)
• Experience with Bamboo (strongly preferred)
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
