Job Summary

Foundations for Living is a residential treatment center in Ohio designed to help severely troubled adolescents. The Human Resources Manager oversees all HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Manages facility Position Control and understands staffing needs based on budget
• Full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding of new hires
• Expert knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems
• Manages employee relations and performance management across the facility
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards and maintains personnel files
• Maintains compensation program and wage and hour compliance
• Manages FMLA, LOA, Workers' Comp, and Unemployment processes
• Keeps abreast of and ensures facility adheres to all relevant federal and state laws
• Maintains HR related policies and updates them as necessary
