About the Role
This is a full-time role for a Human Resource Manager. The Human Resource Manager will oversee and execute HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and compliance. They will develop and implement HR policies, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves actively collaborating with leadership and supporting employee development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with workplace regulations
- Manage performance management processes
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support organizational development
- Collaborate with leadership on employee development initiatives
- Oversee training, payroll, and benefits administration
- Administer Workers Compensation and 401K programs
- Handle UI hearings and BOLI claims
- Manage HR responsibilities for employees in Oregon, Idaho, California, Washington, Texas, Montana, Georgia, Arizona, Kansas, and Nevada
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR Certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role
Skills
- Expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment
- Proficiency in Performance Management, Policy Development, and HR Compliance
- Experience with Annual Reporting
- Strong skills in Organizational Development, Training, and Employee Engagement
- Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and workplace regulations, including Labor Laws for several states, ACA, and OPFL
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
