Human Resources Manager

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Klamath Falls, OR. The Human Resource Manager will oversee and execute HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and compliance. They will develop and implement HR policies, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves actively collaborating with leadership and supporting employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, and recruitment
• Manage performance management, policy development, and HR compliance
• Handle annual reporting and ensure adherence to workplace regulations, including labor laws for multiple states, ACA, and OPFL
• Lead organizational development, training, and employee engagement initiatives
• Administer HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• Oversee training, payroll, and benefits
• Manage Workers Compensation administration and 401K administration
• Represent the company in UI hearings and BOLI claims
• Support employees across Oregon, Idaho, California, Washington, Texas, Montana, Georgia, Arizona, Kansas, and Nevada

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR Certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role
• Expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Policy Development
• Strong skills in Organizational Development, Training, and Employee Engagement
• Knowledge of HRIS and multi-state labor laws
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
