Human Resources Manager
About the role
The Plant Human Resources Manager provides mentorship, guidance, and leadership to HR team members, serves as the primary HR partner and point of contact for plant leadership, acts as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, leads recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives, coaches and supports managers on effective employee relations practices, ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, analyzes key HR metrics, develops data-driven action plans, manages training and development initiatives, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and respect, promotes an inclusive and equitable work environment, and oversees performance management processes.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
- 7+ years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships with all various levels of the organization
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
