Responsibilities
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure seamless onboarding experiences that align with organizational values and compliance standards.
- Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance management cycles, feedback sessions, and development planning to promote continuous growth.
- Administer benefits programs and payroll processing using HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or other systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution strategies, and communication plans to foster a positive work environment.
- Cooky navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions.

- Coordinate training & development sessions, activities, and organizational design projects to support strategic workforce planning.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & such as FMLA, OSHA standards, Workers' Compensation regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Utilize data analysis tools like Excel and HR analytics platforms for data collection, reporting, and decision-making insights related to HR metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience 10+ years of experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of employment law, documentation, and legal compliance standards.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Paycom.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets using Excel or similar tools for HR reporting purposes.
- Experience managing employee relations issues with tact and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality.
