Role: Human Resources Manager supporting HR generalist functions for corporate staff and Centers of Excellence (COE). Responsibilities Include Resolving issues, investigating hotline calls, and providing policy guidanceDeveloping and coordinating employee engagement initiatives and recognition activitiesManaging talent acquisition programs such as Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to LeadershipReporting and analyzing HR metricsAssisting with benefits and payroll processesLeading onboarding programs and initiatives Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish3-5 years HR experience, with HR/SPHR certification preferredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldExperience in employment relations, investigations, and resolution developmentStrong communication, analytical, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and proactively improve processes
