Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager leads the company’s human resources functions and partners with leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, recruitment, retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, and professional development. This position establishes consistent HR practices across the organization while providing practical, confidential, and employee-focused support. The position is in-person in the Kansas City office, but supports all four offices. Travel is not expected to each office, but is encouraged to learn office culture in each office. The HR manager’s role is responsible for both developing HR strategy and executing day-to-day HR operations. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
