Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Resolve employee relations issues and conduct performance evaluations
- Comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR management
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
