Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 3 for Sinai Health System in Chicago, IL. This role provides HR leadership in a unionized environment, supporting employee relations, investigations, compliance, and manager coaching for 300 employees.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to HR operations that directly impact employee experience, from onboarding to records management
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, offering support on a wide range of HR-related questions
- Manage data, systems, and compliance documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Help streamline and improve processes that support talent, mobility, and leave administration
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence and enhance team effectiveness
- Gain hands-on experience with HR systems and tools while supporting internal customers
- Navigate policies and procedures, explaining them clearly and confidently
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset to streamline, simplify, and enhance processes
Requirements
- Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of management experience
- 2 years of related experience
- Union experience required
- Experience navigating complex HR matters, conducting workplace investigations, and ensuring compliance
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong grasp of HR systems, processes, and data accuracy
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized, adaptable, and deadline-driven
- Collaborative, service-first approach to resolving employee inquiries and supporting team goals
