Human Resources Manager (1146405)

Location: College Park, GA

Pay

$90,000.00 USD Annually - $100,000.00 USD Annually

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact and Human Resources representative for the site for interviews, employee onboarding/off-boarding, safety audits, etc.
• Support and facilitate training activities within the facility.
• Maintain pertinent HR documentation and coordinate with corporate.
• Coordinate interviews.
• Adhere to and identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the facility.
• Perform onboarding for new hires and exit interviews.
• Practice safe work practices.
• Perform facility tours and safety inspections.
• Investigate and document workplace accidents and process workers compensation claims.
• Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office proficiency including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Reporting capability.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Payroll and benefits processing experience.
• Solid Excel experience (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
