Human Resources Specialist We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to support employee-related administrative operations in Englewood, Colorado. This Long-term Contract position focuses on maintaining accurate HR information, coordinating a range of personnel processes, and delivering responsive support to employees, managers, and HR partners. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage transactions efficiently across multiple HR systems. Responsibilities: • Review and complete HR-related transactions with accuracy, using established guidelines, reference materials, and system workflows. • Track incoming requests to ensure they follow defined procedures, and route exceptions for further review when needed. • Maintain employee and non-employee records across HR platforms to support data quality and consistency. • Respond to questions from employees, leaders, and HR team members while providing clear guidance that helps prevent repeat issues. • Support administrative processes in areas such as leave, learning, performance support, records handling, severance, licensing, and special pay activities. • Perform audits before and after transactions to identify discrepancies and help preserve reliable personnel data. • Document procedures for inclusion in internal knowledge resources and assist with cross-training team members on standard practices. • Coordinate assigned programs and act as a point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners. • Recommend and contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and service quality. • At least 3 years of experience in human resources administration or a closely related support function. • Hands-on experience managing personnel records, HR transactions, and employee data with a high degree of accuracy. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle data entry quickly and correctly. • Comfortable working across multiple systems and following structured processes in a fast-paced environment. • Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and resolve routine and complex issues professionally. • Working knowledge of HR operations and data management best practices. • Ability to interpret documentation, follow procedures, and escalate non-standard situations appropriately.
