Responsibilities

  • Oversee essential HR operational activities across new employee setup, employee status updates, departures, documentation management, and personnel files.
  • Career onboarding coordination by handling pre-employment preparation, first-day arrangements, required paperwork, and post-start check-ins.
  • Manage separation processes by updating relevant systems, organizing company equipment return steps, and communicating next steps to departing employees.
  • Work closely with internal partners to prepare for employee exits, including assembling confidential departure materials and supporting severance documentation.
  • Lead exit interviews and capture key themes to help inform people-related improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information within Rippling and other HR technology platforms.
  • Create, revise, and organize HR forms, templates, process documentation, and employee-facing communications.
  • Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner, resolve routine matters, and escalate more complex concerns when appropriate.
  • Handle a high volume of process-oriented HR tasks while safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring consistent accuracy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a strong foundation in HR operations or generalist work.
  • Hands-on experience supporting employee onboarding and offboarding activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with employee relations practices and day-to-day HR administration.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, including maintaining employee data and records accurately.
  • Knowledge of benefits-related support and general people operations processes.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear documentation and employee communications.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information professionally.

Qualifications
