Responsibilities
- Manage employee call-off reporting and ensure attendance information is recorded accurately and shared with the appropriate internal teams.
- Review timecards for completeness and accuracy, identify discrepancies, and follow up promptly to support timely payroll processing.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across employee records, documentation, and routine workforce coordination tasks.
- Aid in onboarding activities by helping prepare paperwork, track required forms, and support a positive onboarding experience.
- Help coordinate screening process steps and monitor completion status in alignment with hiring timelines.
- Maintain information within HRIS systems and update employee data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR compliance efforts by organizing records and helping ensure documentation meets company and regulatory standards.
- Work independently to prioritize urgent requests, respond efficiently to staffing-related issues, and contribute to continuity during a contract coverage period.
Requirements
- Experience supporting human resources operations in a coordinator, administrator, or similar HR support role.
- Hands-on ability to review timecards, track attendance issues, and manage high-volume administrative details accurately.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes, screening coordination, and general employee record maintenance.
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and confidence navigating digital systems used for HR administration.
- Understanding of HR compliance practices, including proper handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to learn quickly, take ownership of daily tasks, and perform effectively with limited supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication when working with employees and internal partners.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of relevant experience in HR or a related field.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
