About the role
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality
- Process payroll and generate reports
- Coordinate with external vendors for benefits administration
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications
- Assist with compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems

Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually.
Schedule
The HR Coordinator works Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
