Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the team in a sophisticated luxury brand under a Fortune 500 company. This role offers an opportunity to grow your career at the city's first true luxury hotel and only Forbes-recommended hotel in the state. The hotel features 247 guest rooms, 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, and two food and beverage outlets: The Capital Grille and The Lounge, along with in-room dining. It is home to the city’s only hotel spa and is connected via skywalk to The Arts Garden and The Indiana Convention Center.

Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, ensuring adherence to corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations.
- Foster team member engagement through employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to create a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain employment data in HR systems, track employment transitions, generate reports, and process unemployment claims.
- Ensure HR compliance by adhering to all employment regulations, fair hiring practices, and company policies.
