Responsible for managing HR processes and supporting employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee benefits inquiries and enrollments
  • Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
  • Administer company policies and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and grievances

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems
