Responsible for managing HR processes and supporting employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee benefits inquiries and enrollments
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Administer company policies and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and grievances
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications

- Experience with HRIS systems
