Responsibilities
- Own and administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, life events, open enrollment, vendor management, payroll reconciliations, and employee communications
- Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR systems (ADP TotalSource/HRIS), ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and efficient HR processes
- Manage compensation programs, including salary reviews, market benchmarking, bonus administration, compensation analysis, and reporting for leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws by maintaining HR policies, employee documentation, handbook updates, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers by providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and organizational best practices
- Support employee engagement, recognition, internal communications, and company events while helping foster a positive and high-performing culture
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, workplace services, and administrative initiatives to ensure an efficient and engaging office environment
- Develop and improve scalable HR programs, processes, and workflows that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics, compensation data, and workforce reports to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience
- Strong experience administering employee benefits
- Hands-on experience managing ADP Totalsource or comparable HRIS platforms
- Working knowledge of federal employment laws and Colorado labor regulations
- Experience supporting compensation reviews and market benchmarking
- Demonstrated success managing employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
Pay
Compensation Range: $70,000 - $78,000 Annually + 10% annual discretionary performance bonus.
Schedule
Hybrid work (3 days in office) with modern downtown Denver location
