Location: Batesville, MS (on-site, no remote)

About the role

Join a leading automotive parts supplier as a Human Resources Generalist and serve as a key partner to plant leadership and employees. This hands-on role supports essential HR functions, helping build a strong workplace culture through employee engagement, talent management, training, and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Support all HR functions, including Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment
• Assist with staffing: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Develop and coordinate employee relations programs and plant activities
• Administer HR policies while providing guidance and decision-making support
• Deliver employee communications with professionalism and confidentiality
• Administer benefits and support employee inquiries
• Engage in community activities to help build a positive local presence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• At least 1 year of related HR experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organization and time management
• Experience with ADP or KRONOS (a plus)

Pay

$75,000–$80,000 per year plus benefits
