Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management and two years’ experience, or
- Associate’s degree in human resource management with three to five years’ human resources experience, preferably in a municipal setting
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience required
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- SHRM certification preferred
