Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an HR Generalist to help support our location in SeaTac, WA. This position is responsible for assisting with recruitment, leave of absences, accommodations, investigations, union grievances, employee relations and various tasks including administrative support to the team.

Schedule

Monday – Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay

$24.00/hour

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Detail oriented and good organizational skills
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background
