Human Resources Generalist

Department: Human Resources | Facility: Prime Healthcare St Francis Hospital | Location: Evanston, IL

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations and provides a wide variety of complex Human Resources support to all levels in the organization.
• Ensures comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures.
• Performs high-level professional duties in functional core human resources areas including affirmative action, acquisition projects, and legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or closely related field preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with two years of this experience in healthcare preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
• Computer knowledge including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $70,803.20 to $95,284.80 annually. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
