About the role
The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations and provides a wide variety of complex Human Resources support to all levels in the organization, ensuring the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Performs high-level professional duties in functional core human resources areas including affirmative action, acquisition projects, and legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or closely related field (preferred).
- PHR, SPHR, or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree (preferred).
- 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least two years in healthcare (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Schedule
Full-time, temporary 12-week contract • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $34.04 to $45.81 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
