About the role

Responsibilities
- Handle employee inquiries and requests
- Process new hire paperwork and onboarding
- Manage employee benefits and payroll processing
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Support recruitment efforts and conduct initial interviews
- Administer company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
