Responsibilities

• Receive training in human resource functions, including policies, benefits, safety, compensation, training, development, employee relations, and communications.
• Assist the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in implementing personnel and employee relations responsibilities.
• Learn and understand company human resources and employee relations policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist with company-wide activities such as personnel administration, wage and salary administration, management training, safety, benefits administration, employee communications, staffing, legal compliance, and employee relations.
• Develop skills and knowledge of the Human Resources function to prepare for future HRBP roles.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures (EEO, harassment, safety, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.).
• Fulfill work schedules, adhere to attendance policies, and follow applicable operating rules and procedures.

Requirements

• A four-year degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Pay

Salary Range: $57,000 - $62,000
