Responsibilities

  • Follow safe work practices in accordance to company and client worksite policies

  • Partner with site leadership to provide guidance and support for all policy/employee related matters
  • Conducts benefits meetings and presentations and participates in open enrollment events
  • Supports site leadership to provide requested reporting such as active company drivers
  • Facilitates leave requests and administers appropriate communication and paperwork, meeting compliance requirements
  • Maintains accurate tracking information and ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local labor regulations
  • Participates in site leadership meetings to provide HR updates and initiatives
  • Works with site leadership to implement annual engagement plan and associated budgets
  • Collaborates with site leadership to implement annual engagement plan and associated budgets
  • Supports with new hire 30, 60, 90-day performance feedback meetings
  • Uploads employee information and records to the HRIS in accordance with policies and employment/labor laws
  • Drives continuous improvement activities across the site to align with deployed corporate strategic goals
  • Resolves issues promptly, applies motivational strategies, and organizes team building activities
  • Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local labor regulations
  • Drives development of site leadership through purposeful coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance the employee performance management process
  • Administers appropriate communication and paperwork, meeting compliance requirements
  • Works with site leadership to provide requested reporting such as active company drivers
