About the role

TCI is looking for a hands-on, adaptable Human Resources Generalist to partner with employees and leaders across multiple regions. You’ll gain broad HR experience while helping us create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary HR contact for designated locations.
  • Respond to employee questions and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
  • Coach and support front-line managers with routine employee relations matters.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and HR recordkeeping.
  • Help organize and facilitate new-hire orientations and training sessions.
  • Partner with the HR Manager on employee relations matters, investigations, documentation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist with performance improvement plans and performance review cycles.
  • Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
  • Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS information.
  • Protect confidential employee information and maintain a high level of data integrity.
  • Partner with operational leaders to understand staffing needs.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
  • Support internal mobility, employee development, and retention strategies alongside HR leadership.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
  • 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
  • A high level of business ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and other business software.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for learning new skills, systems, programs, and processes.

Qualifications

Previous multi-site HR experience, PHR or SHRM-CP certification are considered extra points.

Pay

$65,000–$70,000 base salary, plus incentives.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM. Because HR sometimes happens outside regular business hours, this position requires flexibility to respond to occasional after-hours inquiries and emergencies. Night, weekend, and holiday work may be required based on business needs.
