Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead recruitment efforts by developing job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage pre-employment and onboarding activities, including background checks, health screenings, drug testing, orientation, and new hire documentation.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives and position management within Paycom.

Human Resources Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Aid with payroll, benefits administration, leave management, licensing, certifications, and HR reporting.
  • Manage employee offboarding and separation processes.
  • Support workers' compensation administration and related documentation.

Compliance & Employee Support

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Maintain labor law postings, personnel files, compliance documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with HR training and organizational initiatives as assigned.

Systems & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the administration and optimization of Paycom and other HR technology platforms.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and key performance indicators.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives designed to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience required. Experience in a Human Resources Generalist role supporting multiple functional areas preferred. Nonprofit or healthcare experience preferred. Experience with Paycom or similar Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology systems.
