About the role
Provide comprehensive HR support across two manufacturing facilities. Lead and manage hourly recruiting and onboarding processes. Demonstrate strong attention to detail while supporting day-to-day HR operations. Serve as a responsive partner to the leadership team and the broader workforce. Support key HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are a plus
