Human Resources Employee Services Administrator
About the role
This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Corporate Headquarters location in Lancaster, PA. The Employee Services Administrator is part of the HR Employee Services Group that provides excellent service to internal and external customers through HR call and contact center.
Responsible for providing daily support and acting as the subject matter expert for one of the following main functions: onboarding, employee changes, communications and knowledge management, general operations, or benefits. Collaborate with direct team members, Payroll, HR Systems, and other areas of Human Resources when there are changes or complications that impact the employee or ESG workflow. Responsible for continuous improvement of assigned role with a focus on the digital employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entire pre-hire process for new employees including new hire communications, background screening adjudication, and coordination of day 1 logistics and processing.
- First point of contact for new hire and hiring manager inquiries.
- Responsible for onboarding of new directors and coordination of temporary agency requests.
- Support the new hire orientation and referral programs.
- Timely review, escalation, and processing of employee changes, including internal onboarding.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Advisors, Payroll, and IT to ensure accuracy of internal onboarding and employee job/salary changes.
- Support employee offboarding process and serve as the first point of contact for HR Business Partners, exiting and terminated employees, and managers for offboarding inquiries.
- Create requisition requests submitted through the Post My Job process.
- Research, triage, and respond to all Tier 1 inquiries received through the HR email box, ticketing system, and live bot. Escalate Tier 2 and Tier 3 inquiries to the appropriate HR member.
- Administer the HUB and HR Chat Bot performance management, ensuring timely updates and accuracy of employee communications and resources.
- Support social media promotions and new hire roundtable program.
- Support time and attendance processing requests, updates, and Tier 1 inquiries. Escalate Tier 2 time and attendance inquiries to HR Operations Specialist.
- Support SAFE Act administration and compliance.
- First point of contact for various ESG duties and programs including verifications of employment, labor law poster compliance, parking and invoice administration, record retention, employee file requests, scholarship program, and tuition reimbursement program.
- Provide direct support to the Benefits team for medical enrollment, changes and deductions, 401k administration, Worker’s Compensation, and leave of absence administration.
- First point of contact for Tier 1 Benefits inquiries received through ESG email, tickets, or call center. Provide updates and changes to Benefits HUB resources and ChatBot.
- Coordinate the wellness reimbursement program.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Behavior and Development (Preferred).
- 3 or more years of customer service experience in a call center, email, or personal environment (Required).
- 2 or more years working within a Human Resources department providing support for HRIS/Data Management, employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll administration, and/or time system administration (Required).
- Society of Human Resources Management Certification (Preferred).
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $22.16 - $36.92.
