Responsibilities

• Processes new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinates drug screens and completes the I-9/E-Verify.
• Processes status changes, termination paperwork, promotions, and all other changes and obtains all appropriate approvals before processing in the HRIS.
• Maintains licensure and certification reports to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards.
• Processes evaluations and keeps personnel records up to date.
• Assists with hospital recognition programs and assists employees with general Human Resources questions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
• Strong computer and data entry skills required.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $19.00 to $26.39 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
