Human Resources Coordinator (TEMP)

Responsibilities
- Process new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinate drug screens, and complete the I9/E-Verify.
- Process status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes, obtaining all appropriate approvals before processing in the HRIS.
- Maintain licensure and certification reports to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards.
- Process evaluations and keep personnel records up to date.
- Assist with hospital recognition programs and help employees with general Human Resources questions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred); college degree (desired).
- Two to three years of HR-related experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous Human Resources experience.
- Microsoft computer skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $25.70 to $31.97 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
