About the role
Logic Staffing is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate parties.
- Complete the E-Verify/background check process as necessary for associate onboarding.
- Audit employee files across multiple platforms and maintain confidentiality.
- File all documents, respond to emails, and check in guests.
- Work with Talent Agents and Allocation Managers regarding interview schedules.
- Liaise between Array Central HR, Insurance, Benefits, and local brands.
- Activate and deactivate associate profiles.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous HR experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Effectively work in a team environment and independently.
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask.
