About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate data
  • Coordinate with external vendors for benefits administration
  • Process payroll and generate reports
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and sending out offers
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and documents
  • Assist with compliance and legal matters as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

Pay

  • $40,000 - $45,000 annually

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
