About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate data
- Coordinate with external vendors for benefits administration
- Process payroll and generate reports
- Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and sending out offers
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and documents
- Assist with compliance and legal matters as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

Pay
- $40,000 - $45,000 annually
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
