About the role
The HR Coordinator's primary responsibilities include coordinating Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, and Employee Engagement. They are also responsible for keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in employment law to ensure company HR policies remain compliant.
Responsibilities
- Cover letter writing and resume screening
- Recruitment process coordination
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Database management and maintenance
- Administering employee benefits
- Ensuring compliance with U.S. and Hawaii labor laws
- Sourcing candidates through various platforms
- Managing data with confidentiality
- Communicating with candidates and employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Additional education in Human Resource Management preferred
- One year of experience in ADP Workforce Now
- One year of experience in administrative tasks such as onboarding, recruitment, and employee database management
- Working knowledge of U.S. and Hawaii labor laws and employment regulations
- In-depth understanding of sourcing tools and experience with social media recruiting
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Strong individual accountability and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills

$25-$27/hr. (Non-Exempt position)
Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions (working 20+ hours/week consistently)
