Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals enthusiastic about learning Human Resources and contributing to a welcoming workplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate information.
• Onboard new hires, prepare and distribute orientation materials, and assist with administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update employee records, manage HR systems, and ensure accuracy in data entry.
• Communicate with team members regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Coordinate team member events and special projects as assigned.
• Assist with the resort's uniform program, including preparing and distributing uniforms, maintaining issuance and inventory records, organizing supplies, and communicating uniform needs to team members.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
• An attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
• The ability to organize and maintain uniforms, records, and supplies.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, administration, inventory, retail, or another people-focused position is helpful but not required.
• College coursework in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related area is helpful but not required.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
