Responsibilities

Support the recruitment process, including completion of necessary paperwork, scheduling of pre-employment physicals, and communicating with candidates.

Assist with onboarding new employees (preparing paperwork, CPR/First Aid scheduling, system setup).

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs.

Aid in payroll coordination and timekeeping records.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation.

Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

A minimum of two years of administrative experience required.

Previous work experience in a human resources and health related/non-profit environment preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and demonstrated experience with databases (HRIS) is required.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with sensitivity and confidentiality in dealing with employees is required.

Qualifications

  • Clearances Required: Act 73 FBI, Act 34 Criminal Clearance, and Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance
