The Human Resources Coordinator at Tennyson Center for Children provides administrative support and customer service to the HR Team. About the Role

Provides administrative support to the HR Team, supports recruitment and onboarding processes, assists with longer-term HR projects, and handles other duties as assigned. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods and proficiently use office equipment.

Essential Job Functions

• Provides administrative support to HR Team
• Supports recruitment process by maintaining job descriptions, posting jobs, and drafting and sending offer letters
• Safeguards confidential information and maintains a high level of professionalism
• Supports onboarding process by conducting background checks, reference checks, and other pre-hire requirements
• Completes employment verifications and maintains company org chart
• Utilizes HR systems, including HRIS, Timekeeping system, ATS, and LMS
• Affords assistance in reporting workers compensation injuries
• Affords assistance with longer-term HR projects, including but not limited to open enrollment, engagement surveys, and annual reviews
• Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-hire physical
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in an office setting
• Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, and telephones

Working Conditions

• In person on campus work/school and treatment environment
• 80% of time

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 21 years of age
• Current Colorado driver's license
• Pre-employment drug test, FBI fingerprint check, CBI criminal records check, child abuse registry check, motor vehicle record check, academic record verification, and reference checks

Pay and Schedule

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour.
