Responsibilities
- Manage administrative functions of the office.
- Aid in weekly recruitment functions for Talent Acquisition.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientations.
- Guide new hires through TSA background check applications for airport badging.
- Collaborate with benefits coordinator for employee benefits registration.
- Collaborate with payroll team and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist operations with employee training compliance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education or equivalent experience in business, human resources, administration preferred.
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry an asset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
- Dynamic, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
- This is an on-site role at Bradley International Airport.
- Ability to travel on occasion as needed would be an asset.

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule
On-site role at Bradley International Airport. Ability to travel on occasion as needed would be an asset.
