We are seeking an organized, motivated, and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing nonprofit organization.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation
- Coodinating recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and hiring processes
- Suporting payroll and benefits administration
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Assisting with compliance, policies, and employment-related procedures
- Coodinating employee training and professional development activities
- Suporting employee engagement, recognition, and appreciation programs
- Assisting with employee relations and workplace communication initiatives
- Researching and helping implement HR software and systems to support organizational growth
- Creating and maintaining organized HR processes and workflows
- Providing administrative support for human resources projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of human resources, payroll, office administration, or related experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
