Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, focusing on HR programs and employee services, coordination of employee recognition initiatives, HR events and meetings, and support employee-facing processes and requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department
• Coordinate employee recognition initiatives
• Support HR events and meetings
• Respond to HR-related inquiries in a timely, accurate, and customer-service-oriented manner
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years recent administrative/clerical or human resources experience
• Hospital/healthcare human resources experience preferred
• Experience with Workday and/or UKG Dimensions is strongly preferred
• Experience with MS Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel & Word) is required
• Demonstrated diplomacy and professional demeanor required
• Ability to speak and understand the English language required
• Organizational aptitude with attention to detail to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines required

The posted pay range represents the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift, certification or level of education. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience and internal equity.
