About the role
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will primarily focus on providing support to factory personnel. You will also provide administrative and clerical support within the Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities
- Act as weekly payroll processing subject matter expert and processor.
- Serve as a resource to all employees, providing superb customer service by answering questions, providing resources, and helping to resolve issues.
- Assist in recordkeeping, maintaining Human Resources files and databases, including time-tracking for payroll, monitor and maintain attendance points, FMLA, and vacation tracking.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation preparation and delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of benefit changes and provide support to annual open enrollment processes.
- Utilize and support digital HR solutions (Scheduling, SAP, Kronos, I9, etc.)
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years' experience in Human Resources, payroll processing, clerical, or customer service in a manufacturing, industrial, military or fast-paced related environment
- Manufacturing and payroll processing experience is preferred
Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is $50,000 - $61,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
